I was inspired to become a mental health advocate after a deep personal experience. Seeing the impact that mental health challenges can have on an individual and their loved ones motivated me to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote open conversations about mental wellbeing. I realized that by sharing my own story and advocating for mental health support and resources, I could contribute to a more empathetic and compassionate society where everyone feels comfortable seeking help when needed.

What I’m looking forward to doing as a Network Rep: Connecting with communities and engaging in meaningful conversations about mental health and how we can help others. I’m enthusiastic about collaborating with other passionate advocates within Jack.org's network, as together, we can drive positive change and make a significant impact on the mental health landscape.
