As someone who has struggled with their mental health (and occasionally still struggles because healing isn’t linear, and that’s okay!), I understand the value of support systems and how to simply be there for one another. I want to ensure everyone can find comfort in expressing their vulnerability and feel empowered in their healing journey.

What I’m looking forward to doing as a Network Rep: Collaborating with the Jack.org team and community stakeholders to explore ways to advance mental health advocacy, enhance the distribution of mental health resources (especially in rural communities), and boost youth engagement in our regions!
