Mental health is a normal part of life. You are most not alone. As a young adult I suffered with Anxiety and Depression for many years. Then realized there were natural everyday things I could be doing that could make a difference such as sleep, exercise vitamin supplements. I also began monitoring my self-talk and started adding healthier supportive communities to my life. I believe in you.

It's easy to feel like the world is crashing down around you, and it may seem like everyone else has it together but you. But the truth is, you aren't alone. I feel it too, and like a wave, it eventually passes. With tools we can manage it better <3 you got this! Don't be afraid to lean on others!

We all know school and life is hard enough to balance. With mental health issues it becomes an even harder battle. I understand you and these hardships but I want you to know how amazingly well you’re handling all of this, it’s definitely not for the weak. Mental health can be tough to talk about, and it’s so important to know that it’s okay to feel what you’re feeling and to ask for support. You don’t have to handle everything on your own—there are people who care and want to listen. You deserve to be heard, and you deserve to feel understood. Take care of yourself and know that there is always help available when you need it.

But even when hope seems out of reach, I keep going—and I believe you can, too. It is okay to struggle and not have all the answers. You are not alone—your story of pain matters.
