Jack.org and Global Coin Solutions are launching Change for Change, a program that turns forgotten foreign coins and banknotes into direct support for programming and tools that enable prevention and wellness for youth and their circle of care.
$2 billion in foreign currency sits unused in Canadian homes and businesses. Change for Change gives that spare change a second life.
Donors simply mail their old currency to Global Coin Solutions, who convert it into funding that helps young people get help with their mental health before a crisis.
It's a simple act — spare change from a drawer — that helps build the kind of culture where every young person feels connected, supported, and empowered to care for their mental health from day one.
