Harveen Saini lives in Calgary, Alberta, and holds a BSc in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology and a Certificate in Leadership Studies from the University of Calgary. She also completed a Master of Public Health at McMaster University, where she developed a deeper understanding of health equity and community well-being. Harveen is passionate about breaking down barriers to mental health understanding and access, especially for ethnocultural communities, and works on initiatives that foster inclusive and culturally relevant mental health support. In her free time, she enjoys on long walks, trying new restaurants, and fun fact she went skydiving!
