Emma is a fourth year (of many) university student and university of Manitoba. She is studying microbiology and chemistry. In their spare time they like to knit, read poorly written romance novels and play the piano. Emma has been apart of the Jack.org community for a couple of years now, and is a speaker because she enjoys sharing her story about mental health, and reminding others that you don’t have to be in crisis for your mental health to valid, and that everyone is on their own journey.
