Ingrid Malmberg
Ingrid works as the emergency management coordinator at a long term care and retirement home complex in Brampton. Her passion for mental health advocacy began in university when she completed her Bachelor of Disaster and Emergency Management with a minor in Psychology at York University. She also attended Seneca College in the firefighting program.Ingrid has been a Jack Talks speaker for three years. Ingrid's interest in mental health advocacy is also a professional one. She uses her leadership position in her organization to advocate for mental health awareness in a healthcare context and recognizes her role in managing the wellbeing needs of staff following emergency incidents.She lives with her fiancé Nathan and spends her evenings at gymnastics and CrossFit.
