Kiana Habibagahi is a social work student, and has a background in developmental psychology and neuroscience. Having grown up in three different countries (Iran, England & Canada), she is aware of how cross-cultural conceptions on mental health can sometimes clash. She hopes her Jack Talks can show youth & parents going through similar situations that mental-health literacy is the key to overcoming these challenges together. She also hopes to make her audiences more confident in their mental-health skills, and is eager to learn lots from them in return. When she's not advocating for mental health, Kiana loves to play guitar and explore nature with her partner.
