Sukhnoor Riar is a student at Western University pursuing a double major in Biology and Medical Sciences. She cares deeply about making mental health support accessible for all, and draws on her experience in South Asian and immigrant communities where stigma can be a barrier. Living with ADHD and anxiety, she brings her own lived experience to help others feel less alone and to advocate for stigma-free care. Outside of academics and advocacy, she loves to do Giddha, a traditional Punjabi folk dance that connects her with her culture and community.
