Anna Polack
Anna Polack is a 4th year Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. She first became involved in Jack.org through helping to create her high school's first Jack Chapter. After her own experiences navigating mental health struggles, she realized the strength youth have when they are able to talk openly about mental health to overcome daily barriers, which lead her to become a speaker. She makes sure she always finds time to relax from school by dancing to music on her way to class, playing trombone, or making pancakes for breakfast with friends.
