Anna Polack is a 4th year Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. She helped create her high school's first Jack Chapter because there was no one advocating for ways to talk about and improve student mental health at her school. After realizing how strong an impact youth have on each other my walking the walk and talking about mental health she decided to become a speaker. She makes sure she always finds time to relax from school by dancing to music on her way to class, playing trombone, or making pancakes for breakfast with friends.
