Ava Paidar
Ava Paidar is a recent graduate from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour. She currently works as a Developmental Support Worker, supporting students with diverse needs, and volunteers as a Helpline Support Worker with the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto. Passionate about youth mental health and equity, Ava co-founded Unique Minds Collective, a community initiative that organizes toy drives for children with disabilities and for families facing financial barriers. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano, exploring new fitness routines, and connecting with her community.
