Casandra Demers est une conférencière engagée et passionnée par la santé mentale. Diplômée en Techniques d’éducation spécialisée et en psychologie de l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, elle partage son savoir et son vécu à travers son parcours de militante pour la cause. Ayant elle-même un diagnostic de trouble d’anxiété généralisée et de phobie sociale, elle démontre que ces conditions ne définissent pas les limites de ce qu'on peut accomplir.
