Chanel Aujla (She/Her/) is a recent graduate of a BSc in Psychology from the University of Northern British Columbia, in Spring 2025. Chanel brings frontline experience from her work experience as an ABA Behavioural Interventionist, Neurofeedback Trainer and Child Care Worker supporting children and youth who are affected by Autism and other neurodevelopmental related disorders. Chanel also tutors students and works with Individual Education Plans (IEP's), integrating mental health literacy and self-regulation skills. These roles reflect her commitment to youth mental health, accessibility, and culturally and linguistically inclusive support. She is passionate about youth mental health, resilience, and evidence-informed advocacy, creating welcoming spaces where honest conversations are encouraged. Chanel aims to bridge research and real-world practice to empower peers to recognize strengths, access support, and support one another. In Jack Talks, Chanel is a returning speaker who focuses on normalizing help-seeking, strengthening resilience, and creating welcoming spaces for honest conversation.
