Katerina Protopapas
Katerina (she/her) is a student at the University of Waterloo, where she studies Psychology and Social Development Studies with a French Studies minor. She has been deeply involved in youth mental health through peer support, crisis response, and community advocacy, experiences that have shaped her belief that support should always be accessible, compassionate, and youth-centered. For Kat, mental health work is about more than services. It's about community, voice, and belonging. She is inspired by the resilience of the youth and communities she works with and is excited to bring this commitment to Jack.org, continuing to build a culture of openness and empowerment around mental health.
