Kyra is a fourth-year Biochemistry student at St. Francis Xavier University, originally from Toronto. She has been involved with Jack.org for the past two years and is excited to begin her journey as a Jack Talk Speaker. Kyra is deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and is committed to creating conversations that help others feel supported and less alone.
