Lesly Tayles is an accomplished senior executive and board director with extensive experience leading multi-billion-dollar business units, driving strategic transformation, and cultivating high-performance cultures within the financial services sector. With more than 25 years of industry experience, she has consistently delivered sustainable growth while championing client experience and organizational excellence. In June 2025, Lesly joined CIBC as Senior Vice President & Region Head for Ontario West, overseeing Personal Banking across the region and leading a dedicated team focused on providing trusted financial advice that enables clients to achieve their ambitions.

Lesly brings this same people-first approach to her work at Jack.org. She is deeply inspired by young leaders who are driving change in mental health across the country and is committed to helping amplify their voices and impact. A long-time advocate for mental health and the future of work, she brings both experience and heart to the Board.

At home, Lesly finds her motivation in her two energetic sons and the close-knit community of family and friends who keep her grounded and always learning.
