Liah Christie is a mental health advocate and community leader from Halifax, Nova Scotia, now based on the West Coast for graduate studies in Chemistry at the University of Victoria. She began her journey with Jack.org in high school and is proud to continue inspiring open conversations about mental health as a Jack Talks speaker. Passionate about inclusion, mentorship, and how science can support community well-being, Liah strives to create spaces where others feel heard, supported, and empowered. An East Coast girl at heart, she's loving life on Vancouver Island and all the adventure it brings!
