
Lily Baker
Lily Baker is a recent psychology graduate from the University of Ottawa with a minor in management, currently working as a research and administrative assistant at the LIFE Research Institute. Mental health has always been a passion of hers, and she's dedicated to supporting others through their journeys by sharing her own story and advocating for trauma- and violence-informed care, equity, diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. As someone deeply involved in her community, Jack.org holds a special place in her heart—she has contributed in various roles, including as Co-President and Senior Advisor to Jack.org uOttawa, while also contributing nationally to Jack.org as an ambassador, advisory member, and Jack Talks Speaker. Through her work and lived experience, Lily strives to create safe, empowering spaces where others feel seen, heard, and valued.
