Manuella recently completed her degree in Medical Physiology at the University of Toronto. She is deeply passionate about helping others build resilience, with a particular commitment to supporting marginalized groups. Her passion for mental health stems from her lived experiences navigating care as a Ghanaian-Canadian, which continue to shape her vision for more inclusive and compassionate solutions. Combining her scientific background with her creative drive, Manuella aims to bridge her diverse interests through entrepreneurship and innovation in medicine, especially within the mental health space. She started a passion project called Soft Wellness Society, a community dedicated to making wellness softer, more inclusive, and within reach for everyone.
