Manuella Kyeremeh
Manuella is a mental health advocate and recent graduate in Medical Physiology from the University of Toronto. Her passion for mental wellness stems from lived experience as a Ghanaian-Canadian plus a personal journey with anxiety. When she’s not working on mental health projects, you’ll find her singing karaoke, creating self-care content for 3000+ individuals or finding new ways to uplift her community. Earlier this year, she co-founded a neurotech startup focused on proactive tools for real-time panic attack support. Manuella hopes to grow into a global mental health leader and is grateful to have Jack.org as part of her journey.
