Samira Schultz is an honours political science student and philosophy minor at the University of Alberta, where she also serves as Vice President of the Black Students' Association. She is passionate about creating spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and able to bring their full selves. Through her own experiences balancing school, work, and leadership, Samira has learned the importance of making room for rest and recognizing her worth beyond her achievements. As a Jack.org speaker, she hopes to encourage honest conversations about mental health and how we can be there for ourselves and each other.
