Shreeya is currently pursuing a master's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London, following her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Carleton University. She is passionate about youth mental health and creating spaces where young people feel heard, supported, and understood, and has been involved in mental health advocacy through Kids Help Phone, Cam's Kids, and Jack.org. She is especially passionate about supporting young people and international students navigating change, identity, and mental health. Outside of her advocacy work, she enjoys volunteering, connecting with others, and exploring new experiences.
