
Christine Walterhouse
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Christine brings a broad perspective on building strong, inclusive, and people-centred organizations.
Over the course of her career, Christine has held senior HR leadership roles with organizations including ONEnergy, Skyline International Development, Canada Lands Company and the CN Tower, where she led people strategies, organizational change, employee engagement, talent development, and labour relations.
Her connection to the non-profit sector is longstanding. Christine has served as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of Lanark County Interval House and has held HR Committee Chair roles with Blue Door and 360°kids. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to organizations that create meaningful social impact and support people and communities.
A passionate educator as well as an HR leader, Christine has taught Human Resources and Leadership at Centennial College and George Brown College, and previously at St. Lawrence College. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and brings a collaborative, values-driven approach to creating workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
