Kiana Habibagahi
Kiana Habibagahi is a psychotherapist with a background in developmental psychology and neuroscience. Having grown up in three different countries (Iran, England and Canada), she is aware of how cross-cultural conceptions on mental health can clash. She hopes her Jack Talks can show youth and parents in similar situations that mental-health literacy is the key to overcoming these challenges together. She also hopes to make her audiences more confident in their mental-health skills, and is eager to learn lots from them in turn. When she's not advocating for mental health, Kiana loves to read graphic novels, play with her kittens, and spend time with her partner.
